It was during the end of 2002 the idea of establishing a service organization predominantly dedicated for the cause of the revolutionary freedom fighters of our Nation came to the mind of T N Ramakrishna who has after 24 months of dedication and mass contacts given it final shape and established the RGSP on 01.08.2004 and the super centenarian freedom fighter Pandith Sudhakar Chaturvedi had inaugurated the Parishath and noted author of the biographies of revolutionary freedom fighters Sri. Babu Krishnamurty was the chief guest and Noted historian and research scholar Sri Chidananda Murhty presided over the function. RGSP was registered under Indian trust act on 11.3.2010.

Presently RGSP is organising innovative, unique, unprecedented and unparalled patriotic activities throughout the state of Karnataka using alternative channels. RGSP had in the past organised programmes to introduce the Unheard, Unsung, Unwept and Worshiped real patriots of our nation, the revolutionary freedom fighters as an outreach programme in the states of Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Odissa, West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, NCR New Delhi, Haryana, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa and will organise its out reach programmes in the remaining states & Union territories of India in next 2 years.
RGSP has organised its maiden International programme in Singapore on 21.10.2017 to commemorate and celebrate the 75th foundation day of formation of PROVISIONAL AZAD HIND GOVT by Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose for India in Singapore on 21.10.1943.
